The Linkwood Civic Club was created to enable the neighborhood to develop and maintain common areas, and to provide for social welfare of residents. We are a group of neighbors who help make sure that Linkwood stays engaged and beautiful as a small neighborhood.

Your annual dues pay for:
  • Private security services from S.E.A.L. (40 hours a week of patrols)
  • Vacation watches for dues-paying residents provided by S.E.A.L.
  • Access to our S.E.A.L. deputies via dispatchers
  • Esplanade beautification, maintenance and landscaping (mowing, planting, trimming trees, and irrigation on South Braeswood from Ilona west to Stella Link, and south on Stella Link to Latma)
  • Maintain the linkwoodhouston.com website
  • Neighborhood parties (fall and spring catered dinners)

Whether you are new to the neighborhood or are a longtime resident, we welcome your contribution to maintain the Linkwood community. Click here to see payment options for dues. Thank you for supporting Linkwood!
