As a deed-restricted neighborhood, Linkwood requires all new construction and remodel plans to be submitted for review. Our "Deed Restrictions" tab (see above) has all the documents you need to submit your plans.

Garbage Pickup, Heavy Trash, & Recycling

Regular trash pickup is every Thursday. Recycling pick-up is every other Thursday. Junk Waste pickup is the 3rd Tuesday of even-numbered months. Tree waste pickup is the 3rd Tuesday of odd-numbered months.
