| | While some of our Linkwood friends and neighbors had to travel a bit farther than usual to attend, we gathered to celebrate National Night Out in fine form, hosted at the home of Bruce and Mary Anderson. Neighbors appreciated visits from Houston City Council Member Larry Green and Chief of Staff Don Perkins, Houston Police Department Captain Belinda Null, and Officer Ramos from our S.E.A.L. security team. "This evening showed once again what makes Linkwood so special," said Barbara Shurberg, president of the Linkwood Civic Club. |

Regular trash pickup is every Thursday. Recycling pick-up is every other Thursday. Junk Waste pickup is the 3rd Tuesday of even-numbered months. Tree waste pickup is the 3rd Tuesday of odd-numbered months.
