Due to the input of fellow Linkwood residents over the years, the Linkwood Civic Club has begun the process of aggregating an amendment to our neighborhood deed restrictions. Per the current restrictions, amendments can be affirmed by " (a) the affirmative vote, by written ballot, of owners owning not less than sixty percent (60%) of the total number of lots in the Subdivision, present in person or by proxy at duly constituted meetings of the owners, or (b) written instrument, in recordable form, signed by owners of at least sixty percent (60%) of the total number of lots in the Subdivision."
Three meetings have been scheduled to address the proposed changes to the deed restrictions. Residents do not need to attend all three meetings. The meetings' purpose is to inform residents of proposed changes, and to take feedback on these changes. In between meetings, notes from the previous meetings will be emailed to residents. At the final meeting, on May 19, we will ask for residents to commit their final vote for or against the proposed changes.

Our meetings will be structured similar to the District K Capital Improvement Plan meetings. Anyone may ask a question or make a comment for a specified period of time in order to ensure an efficient, informative process. If you are unable to attend a meeting, notes will be recorded and distributed following the meeting.
